Movement Assessment
A 1:1 assessment with a doctor of physical therapy + pelvic floor specialist to analyze your movement. This allows us to get to the root cause and customize your rehab plan.

1:1 Check-ins
You will have check-ins throughout your program where we will measure progress, analyze movements in real-time, and educate you on lifestyle factors that impact your pelvic health to optimize your progress. In addition, you have 24/7 in-app support from Dr. Alyssa!

Guided In-App Workouts
Follow easy step-by-step video demonstrations of exercises on your custom plan with correct cueing so you can execute the movements properly and get the most out of your rehab plan.

Holistic Guidance
Your sleep, stress management, and nutrition are also key in healing your body. Nutritional and recovery guidance is offered with your program to help us get to the root cause + optomize your recovery.

Your pelvic muscles are a group of muscles that sit at the bottom of your pelvis. These muscles have many functions like maintaining continence, supporting our pelvic organs, providing sexual sensations and more. These muscles are extremely important to pay attention to with aging as they are often neglected and are not directly trained. The pelvic floor muscles also tend to contribute to a lot of issues in and around the pelvis so it’s important to understand where they are, what they do and how to best support them so we can avoid issues altogether down the road.

Let's get you started now! There is so much benefit in pelvic floor coaching during pregnancy. Discussing birth prep and exercise programming during pregnancy will benefit you. It will also give you a head start going into postpartum.

No. This is a cash-based service. If your HSA/FSA plan covers wellness services, you may be able to receive reimbursement through them.

No! We can get you started before your 6 week check up unless your OBGYN has concerns. During those first 6 weeks there is a lot we can do to start healing your body.

Anyone with a pelvic floor and core (aka everyone)! Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or neither, I'm here to support you. Pain and pelvic floor dysfunction can affect anyone. If you struggle with connecting to your core or pelvic floor, my coaching is designed for you. My 1:1 sessions focus on foundational principles, empowering you to overcome symptoms and reclaim your life worry-free!

My program is designed to accommodate what you already have available. However, I strongly recommend having resistance bands and dumbbells at home. These tools allow us to effectively challenge your body and promote adaptation. Whether you prefer working out at home or at the gym alongside other activities, my programming is adaptable to fit your needs.

You'll create a profile on our customized Pelvic Wellness Co. App, where all your workouts and weekly support will be accessible. We will have consistent support calls throughout your care and your exercises will be updated weekly. The app also enables you to track your progress seamlessly and communicate with me 24/7.
