  • "I have been doing one-on-one pelvic floor rehab with Alyssa for about one and a half months. The little steps of progress over leaking incidents are becoming evident through the techniques and exercises she's taught me. She is pleasant as well as focused in her teaching. And patient, I have to say, when I repeatedly ask the same questions on breathing. She also handles a double whammy with my knee replacement stiffness/pain, providing exercises to address that too. In sum, I have only praise for this program (Alyssa really) that gives me hope as we deal with these issues that she is well-trained to address."
